Imara, with its delicate, open and bright seafront architecture, has a part reserved for a restaurant, with a capacity of 30 seats.
Intimate, refined and unusual, it is set up with African-style touches and details that give it a relaxing atmosphere that puts guests at ease.
In Imara, the days begin in a wonderful and relaxing way: guests who want to witness the spectacular sunrise over the ocean are served 'Good morning Imara' with coffee / tea and cupcakes.
An excellent international breakfast can be enjoyed in the intimacy of the private veranda of your room, in the outdoor restaurant or, on request, you can take a floating boat, directly by the pool, amidst the glitter of the sea and the breeze among the palm trees.
The moments for lunch, aperitifs and dinner are lively and also open to guests outside the resort.
The "à la carte" menu is a combination of dishes inspired by a fusion of classic Italian and African cuisine. You will enjoy the freshest ingredients: The catch of the day includes fish and shellfish from local waters while all fruit and vegetables are grown naturally in the island's vegetable gardens and orchards.
On request we offer vegetarian and vegan dishes.
We guarantee constant bar service throughout the day by the pool and on the beach and a fantastic happy hour every day.

You will have free of charge, everything you need to take a walk at low tide on the strip of sand to get to the coral reef. You will be able to take advantage of a snorkelling kit (mask with snorkel and fins) to experience first hand the marine life of coral gardens, dolphins, turtles and an incredible variety of tropical fish.
With our bicycles you can explore by pedalling along the wonderful white beach of the east coast of Zanzibar.
You will also have the opportunity to rent canoes and jet skis, buy sessions at a kite school, and purchase personalized excursions and safaris in the wonderful parks of Tanzania.
